Empowering Futures: Expanding Career Counselling Programs Across Schools

Introduction: our organization has embarked on a mission to expand career counseling programs in schools, aiming to empower students with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed career choices. Starting with 15 schools in the academic year 2023-2024, our goal is to extend our reach to over 50 schools by the next academic year and eventually cover 150 schools by 2025-2026.

Objectives:

To provide comprehensive career counseling services to 10th and 12th standard students in schools.
To help students explore their interests, skills, and aspirations, aligning them with suitable career paths.
To raise awareness about various career options, educational pathways, and skill development opportunities.
To equip students with the necessary tools and resources to make informed decisions about their future.
To foster a culture of career readiness and lifelong learning among students.
